I have this nutty idea about adapting my buggy project to take an sb Chevy crate engine, down the road. I gave serious thought to swerving in that direction this year, but I've already got a built VW transaxle, and couldn't see a good way to make the two work. Not that they would work for very long...

Awesome sound, Brian. How long since you got rid of the Vette?

A little under a year and a half. Loved it, enjoyed it, though I can't say that I really miss having a quick car.

I believe it was bought & possibly wrecked shortly after. I talk to the now third owner a bit, he loves it. . . I loved it. Perfect balance of modding and streetability and a smidge under 500whp all in a car that was within a few DB of stock.

What all was done to the c6 Brian, what cam specs and exhaust was it running? Could definitely tell it was cammed but right above stock DB.. perfect "sleeper" if that's possible with a vette.

We could of made the ws6 a little more subtle but after hearing it cat less at first I was pretty intent on keeping it loud. Cars a horrible daily driver tho with it's cam. Would be much better with an auto. The 6 speed is fun when there's no traffic that's about it

Perfect CAM IMO. Great power, great on the street, great in the heat, great all around. .
