No way a stock WRX does 4.7 0-60. Gotta be an STi. Also, I'm governed at 113? Lame.

Nope WRX's have been tested at 4.7sec since the 09' . But that is with a clutch abusing redline launch ( admitted by Car and Driver in one of their articles )

I didn't know the V6 was limited to 113, thats pretty weak. I looked it up and it is true. My 96' 4cyl GMC Sonoma is limited at 82mph, you'd think a 2012 mustang could get up to at least 125.

BTW I never said the V6 mustang was a muscle car. I said it's the first respectable V6 in this history of muscle cars. As you know muscle cars have almost always had a V6 little brother. So to me the 11'+ V6 muscle is the first legit little brother to a muscle car.

Not to nitpick, but the Camaro V6 has had a 300hp+ V6 engine since the 2010 year model. I got to drive one of those around SoCal on a business trip a couple of years back. I applaud both Chevy and Ford for offering fuel-efficient, yet powerful V6's.

That's true Ray but the V6 Camaro weighs 3800 lbs which is nearly 400lbs more than the V6 mustang. In fact the V6 camaro weighs 200+lbs more than the Mustang 5.0.

The Camaro is the good looking fat chick that you wouldn't mind spending a night with, but not the girl you want to make babies with ( because of the bad genes and all )

Interesting about the weight difference. 3800lbs is getting kinda porky by my standards!

As opposed to how many other cars that have the issue of exploding driveshafts while doing a spirited pull? I've never had a driveshaft explode on me at 135. lol It probably wasn't balanced right.

600 lbs over what a GD weighs. This is my main issue with muscle cars. Instead of making them better all around cars, they just try and compensate for the massive amount of weight by throwing more power under the hood. Can you imagine what these cars would be capable of if they shaved 600 lbs off?

I'm more and more interested in cars that are 3000lbs or less.
