just the plain evo i kno hes got exhaust intercooler and i also know he has an ap and school zone racing
Just guessing here, but bigger turbo with supporting mods, turboback exhaust and protune. You tell a tuner what your goals are for your WRX (how much HP you want to make) and they will tell you what you need to get there. Since it seems your new here and possibly to the Subaru world, read some of the stickies on this board and get yourself acquainted with modding Subys.

What about the ralliart vs the wrx and sti vs the EVO?
For any comparison between current Lancer and current Impreza, all the Lancer can be is faster. I initially thought the Lancers could be better, especially because of the 5dr, but I have looked at them (OK, briefly) and I think I was wrong.
You should be able to keep up well with a Ralliart as is now.

The Evo will beat the WRX in any race.
The WRX will beat the Ralliart in any race.
The STI and Evo are too close to call in any race.
drive a evo and look like driving your mums car value for buck wrx blows it away
Incorrect. The 2009-2011 WRXs actually run quicker 0-60 and 1/4 mile than the STI. So, to say that the Evo will "beat the WRX in any race" and then say it's "too close to call" against an STI is just wrong. Like Desiree said earlier, it depends on the race. And let's be real; with cars this close in performance, it will really depend on the skills of the driver.

"Of course, the big question is whether the 2011 STI has separated itself once again from its WRX little brother, which also is updated for next year. The plain 2011 WRX makes its progress in the styling department, inheriting the STI’s wide-body sheetmetal and revised grille shape, and the two now look nearly identical to each other. Considering that and the fact that the WRX will likely continue to be the quicker car to 60 mph—in our testing, the 2009–10 WRX hit the mark in 4.7 seconds compared with the STI’s 5.0—we think it’s tough to justify the STI’s $8500 premium. For the extra money, you get SI-Drive, some STI-only structural reinforcements, and a more advanced AWD system with an electronically adjustable center differential, but that stuff really only pays dividends on a rally stage or racetrack."
