    I am OTS 93oct Stage 1 + SF intake.

Honestly, when my car was stock it felt pretty darn fast up to about 60 or so...then it was depressing.

Since the tune and intake, the low end feels MAYBE slightly better, but the top end was way more of an increase than I was expecting. I don't know if Subarus are any different, but every other car I've owned and modded saw top end gains from an intake, at the expense of low end torque. Not to mention the fact that the Cobb OTS map for Stage 1 with stock intake has a target boost of 16.5psi, but a Cobb OTS Stage 1 + SF intake map has a 17.5psi target (all of these are 93 octane maps, BTW). In my logs, I'm seeing consistent 17.8-18.3psi at WOT in 3rd gear. Not sure if that makes any difference to you, but my car is definitely not stock. haha

I'm thinking about getting the TP e-tune...I've heard so many people talk about how great it is and how great the guy is to work with...plus, I'm thinking if my car performs this well now it could only get better, right? lol Plus, it's only like $85 or something...that's pretty cheap for a customized tune, no?

The company that was referred to in this thread is called Torqued Performance. A quick google should get you his website, and therefore his contact info.

Truth is, both WRX and Camaro SS are capable of similar mid-13 sec 1/4 miles and it really comes down to the driver. My brother-in-law just picked up a 2013 Carrera 4S and his brother a 2012 Camaro SS - these guys are not car enthusiast by any means (seriously) just have the money to buy nice cars the can look good on. Never been on a track, drifted or drag raced anything over 250bhp... so, reality is, most guys in cool cars can't drive them and always end up looking bad because of it... of course there are those who can drive like they stole it and it'll be a good race then.

The only fact in this statement is that you drive it like you stole it...

Lindsay's LGT with a dying turbo beat an SS. They are not impressive machines.

I pulled at least a car length on a new SS in 3rd gear with my stg2 STI.

I also had the lunch money beaten out of me by a Boss 302. I got a big lead on him in 1st and 2nd, then he still made me look foolish.
