It was about 9:00 at night I was driving home from work.....I get in the left lane to make a left (it was a double left lane I was on the right) and was talking on my phone since the light was red......a new mustang pulls up right next to me....the new V6 one tints all around brushed rims..Blah blah.....so i continue to talk on the phone. The two windows of the mustang go down and its 4 guys in the car looked like under 18 but don’t judge.....I could smell the boozeeee on em like crazy lol....they started to talk mad Sh*t...(look we got a ricer.....b*tch that b*tch this)....lol was funny....i didn’t talk back just smiled...again there were 4 guys in there boozed up....if I had my crew that’s a different story...maybe another time, but back to the point after talking so much smack (like I was a punching bag) the arrow turned green!!!!!! he flooooored it and did a sweet drift lol....the next light turned red he slammed on his breaks cuz he was way ahead of me I gave a little gas caught up to the light flicked my cigarette ( btw I hate smoking in cars only reason I did it because I was stressed out ) rolled the window up ...The light turned green!!!!!!! I launched the car and took off flyyyyying at about 50mph I look to the side he was no were to be found I look in the back he was sliding sideways at about 30mph mahahaha lol AWD>RWD lol i loolled my ass off

. but again the ground was moist....BTW I have a 2011 wrx. with a short shifter. nothing else.

I didn’t really break the law I pushed it only to 63 on a 55 mph...they were just talking so much smack...and they were so young no way he could afford that mustang....that’s what even pissed me off even more....where he got one just like that from papa and mama and I have to bust my ass for my baby!!!! But I might be wrong maybe it was his maybe not who knows what done is done....they asked for it and they got it!

Always nice to hear a good tale, and I always love the traction love of AWD.

I would say, though, that as soon as I think another driver could be boozing I'm out of there - puts you in as much danger as they are already in. (I'm sounding old now, aren't I??)

On top of all that, encouraging a drunken minor to race you isn't the best judgment... So what if they were mad dogging you, drive through the ghetto and that's what you'll get, even worse by a bunch of gangsters versus a bunch of pantywaist teenagers... Why even give it a second thought?... people talk **** and there is no way around it sometimes and avoiding it is what separates the men from the boys...

Over the years I've had some fun at double left-turn lanes. That's when you put the smack down on them, not in a straight line where it's easier. My LGT was more willing to slide the back end out than my other AWD cars were. A 1.7 60ft while also turning is a sight to behold and it's usually enough to convince the other guy to quit trying.
