    Who would win in a 1/4 im pretty sure the stang would but by how much. how a bout at a roll? both stock cars. and dont worry if i loose ill just take him down a windy road abd tell him to keep up.

    My 06 WRX would be a 2006 Mustang GT....not sure about a stock 07...I think it would be close......I mean...the mustang does have about 75 more HP than a stock 07 wrx....

    I beat a mustang gt by a half a car 2 years ago up at bandimere speedway and all i had was tbe and a tune, at that time iwas dynoed at 203whp and i took him.
    278whp 286tq blouch 16g @ 17.5psi

    as a former 05 gt owner, yeah you'd lose, not sure how much. the mustang gt can run in just above 5 sec plus 70more horses, if bad driver you probably win on straights. sure has a big chance on bends and curves since the gt isn't really built like a track car.

    5 seconds in a 1/4 mile? Even in an 1/8 mile would be a huge feet in 5 seconds...

    Maybe he meant 5 seconds to 60? The 09+ wrx's with a good driver and a tranny destroying launch can hit 60 in ~4.8 seconds...

    Buddy has a 2007 stock GT... I beat him up pretty good in my 2011 WRX. weight diff is pretty big. It's a mustang... I mean my guess he was too busy drinking blue ribbon and listening to NASCAR.
