    I've heard potential carbon build up in the intake track is an issue.

    Also since there is no fuel passing the valves, you lose any lubrication properties. This can be solved a number of ways though.

    At this point in life, I'm open to a really good flappy paddle option. Whether its a DSG, or something else.

    Ken Blocks AWD fiesta uses a flappy paddle that looks awesome. Hopefully there is some trickle down.

    in an F1 car where the steering wheel doesn't even spin 360 degrees paddles are great, but in a road car they are too hard to find.

    I would love to try a true F1 transmission that has clutch paddles as well as shifting paddles but not on a road car.
