    vs. jetta 1.8t modded

    how would i stack up against this 1.8t jetta:
    "revo stage 1 1.8 turbo, cold air intake, 2.5 catback, forge bov. 2.5 downpipe, boosts a 20 psi."
    idk thats what the dude said word for word and ive never heard anything good about jettas so im just wonderin..

    Can't give you really a direct answer. Like i'm sure everyone in here will say, there are variables. Drivers, conditions, from a roll or dig...

    But i can say that if he's still on the stock ko3 turbo, you can't do that bad. They aren't terribly quick cars at all until you start going into bigger turbos

    I went against a hatch 1.8t jetta on a stoplight he revs his engine i look next to me and its two guys he revs it one more time light goes green took him by like 2-3 cars all i have is a full 3" tbe short ram intake im not sure if he was stock but i did hear a bov lol

    If it has a radiator and its a VW its dead wrong.

    My bracket car makes about 200 to the crank, weighs 1700 pounds with my bony carcass in it and runs high 11s low 12s all day long.

    And its basic as HELL.

    No such animal. It was either a Jetta Sportwagon(station wagon) or a Golf/GTI(hatch).

    OP: My buddy had a 1.8T Jetta while I had my bugeye wagon. Your car is faster off the line, but he is better geared for high speed runs.

    Equal drivers will result in a WRX winning a drag race.
