so if anyone has had a chance to run one please feel free to chime in

he's got stage 2 and a downpipe, im running full catless TBE and the bullwinkle stage 2.

how do you guys think i'll fair?

Well I'm not sure how the cobalts respond to mods so I can't really guess how the race will end... I can't stand cobalts personally, car and driver said it best "the proverbial knife at a gun battle". Lol but they do have a few advantages over you ie less weight, higher base line power, an ugly and disposable car (JK lol). So in short race him from a dig and make us proud lol...

Straight line drag race or twisty road?

I would take the twisty road route any day and school him that way.

Yeah so i got my ass kicked...

He didn't wanna run from a dig so we did a 30 roll...

1st gear i was out about a bumper, 2nd gear we were even, going into 3rd he was ahead by half a car, half way through 3rd he had about a car and a half on me...

guess he put down 340whp with a trifecta tune, muffler delete, TBE, and K&N filter.

    im just bullwinkle stage 2.

You win some you lose some. Bad thing about the new cobalts is that they handle great so even on windy roads they are fast. With a protune you will keep up with him till about half way through 4th, which is over 100 so youll let off by then anyways.

He prob knew he was gonna lose from a dig, which is why he wanted to go from 30

You'll never meet a FWD vehicle on street tires that would want to race from a full stop. They know that your advantage is the AWD and that they'll have to be playing catch up the whole time.
