yahh the whole stage1/2 thing kinda sux following by their maps and using the mods they tell u its much easier if u take ur accessport/w.e software u have with your car the way you wanna build it to a dyno its alot more money but s0o much more efficient and your so much faster that way

my brother had a 04 sti and he sold it i think but he left that accesport in my house and in the back it says for use with only north american 2004 sti or something like that .. i was wondering what would happen if i try it on my bug eye

I might be wrong but i think you can just flash the map for your year to the accessport and it should be fine.

you can you just have to download the 02 software onto your computer hook up the accessport and then go play

i don't see why you wouldn't try it thats a really good find if you just have one laying around... those things are not cheep and plus you will see a power gain.

unfortunately, thats not correct.

a v1 accessport for an 04 sti will only work with an 04 sti.

a v2 accessport for an 04 sti will only work with 2.5L subarus.

02-05 wrx's = 2.0L
