Moron in a LS1 Trans Am

Ok, not really a race, and might better suited to the Off-Topic, but...

I'm driving home in real pissy weather (I think there's two Noreasters blowing through here this weekend), really MMOB in the left lane. I end up driving next to a very nice black LS1 T/A in the right lane, and we are both doing the speed limit.

So just because I drift 5" past him, he decides to open it up and cut me off because there is a car in front of him.

But I didn't even have time to register that move because he then decided to drive BETWEEN two cars in front of him (you know, one in the right and one in the left lane next to each other) and kept going as I stared in amazement.

What a freaking tool! And they say Japanese car owners are reckless...

Sorry for the rant, but when I see someone drive a car like it was a Vespa, it makes me twitch

That's exactly what he did. I don't how he pulled it off either, but he did.

BTW, when I said I drifted 5", I meant I moved in front of him like when at a stoplight or pacing, with both of us side by side, and I inched forward. I never got near his lane or cut him off.

LSX POWA!!11!!!

The TCS in my Z06 will let you spin for a half second or so before stepping in. Sometimes this can make me look like a douche. Some guy was doing 25 in a 40 in front of me through a rural backroad on my way home from work. I give him the brights and he starts to pull over. I'm tired and not thinking straight and start pulling over behind him, then as I downshift into 1st - realized he's pulling over to let me pass. So I gave it some gas and drove around him. Didn't floor it, just pushed the pedal down about 2" lower. This resulted in me spinning tires around his Cavalier and then the TSC finally stepping in right as I get in front of him and suddenly catching traction and hauling ass. I'm sure it looked bad ass or douchebaggish but it wasn't an intentional action.

It was pretty funny though.

Trans Am's have this thing called "traction control" (pending on the yr)it's AMAZIN!
So.. Yeah. They can still hit the gas in the rain and have control....

A while back, I was driving on the Autostrada (near Naples) when I was cut off going into a toll lane. The guy whipped in front of me, then hit another car that was stopped at the booth. Both cars drove off like it was routine.
