    Question

    Wsup all.

I would like to know, is there any difference between an Impreza 2.0 and any other 2.0 car.

Like, lets say a VW Golf 2.0 vs Subaru Impreza 2.0, who would win?

Cause I diced a Golf 1.6 and couldn't get away from him very quickly.
And yes, the Golf was standard and I have a 2.0 GX Impreza.

that is a rather bold statement...

There are a bunch of differences, mainly the boxer engine (and in most cases the AWD).

Stronger then what? Strong then the 1.6...probably.

The really only advantage numbers wise on a boxer engine is usually a higher torque output.

Design would help if it wasnt placed forward of the front axle.

You will have more torque as mentioned below with a boxer engine...but the questions is way too vague. I am assuming this isn't USDM?

The newer MKV Golf would technically be the GTI, making 215hp from a 2.0 turbo...the older VW MKIV or MKIII 2.0 4cyl engines only made about 115hp and were NA...

The 2.0L NA Subaru boxer will make about 140hp if I'm not mistaken...but turbo'd, is obviously the WRX, making 227hp

    (all crank power numbers)

Correct me if I'm wrong anyone? But then again...all these numbers could be different if the OP isn't discussing USDM.

With the boxer you have improved torque and a lower center of gravity for handling, but it's all subjected.

LOL about the Honda, cause I just got drive-by, rev'd at by one at a light. It was classic!

That car is powerfull, American muscle baby!

But I managed to keep up with him.it was kool, When we were at the traffic light about to get on 2 the freeway, The light turned green and this guy put his foot down and the car's ass was swinging, tyres screeching!

yeh, I also get the guys with the "VTEC Honda's" wanting to give it a go. why do u think that is?
I mean everybody I come across just wants to dice, like they have something to prove.
