It's over at Medford Nissan off of Riverside. I'm not sure if they have it on the lot yet as when I drove it, it had not been through the shop as of yet. When you get down there ask for Ryan Bray and tell him Justin sent you. He should be able to show you around it.

From my understanding an EVO IX MR was the car to get amongst EVO's.

The Lancer Ralliart is still pending it's debut last i remember.

The Lancer OZ as RayfieldsWRX said was just a sticker and wheel option... no big improvement over the regular lancer from that time. Guy from Southern Oregon tried to sell me one.... test drive wasnt all that convincing.

There was a pitiful excuse 2006 Lancer Ralliart for the last model year it had evo 'inspired' suspension was 175 hp and FWD... usually always did poorly in performance comparison with a slight exception on straight line acceleration in which Id call it on par.

The New Lancer Ralliart will be more comparable to the wrx (the 237 hp one)

I'm pretty sure it was demodded and or have some tune problems. Sure it won't feel as good as a STi/wrx but it comes down to user preference. So I highly doubt what you said about that car but I am kind of a fan boy of evos I just can't afford one yet. And if your car is stock believe me that evo is faster in everyway.

Any EVO, even the "lowly" EVO 8, is a fast chompy. An EVO 8 will give pretty much any stock STI a run. I'm going to have to go with BrianH's theory that this thing was modded, beat on, returned to stock and hung up wet.

I saw it today. One retard at the dealership took the key home so I couldn't see under the hood or drive it.

I suspect that they put regular gas in it. The ECU sees this and is adjusting things to keep the motor from blowing up.

Something had to be wrong with the car, a stock evo would walk all over a wrx.
i mean 227 vs 271 and the evo felt slower...

maybe your wrx is just insanly fast and it made you think that evos r slow.

Yeeeaaa, my buddies evo8 rs would kill my wrx unfortunately.

Oh and our local Mitsu dealer has a white lancer ralliart already....so I think they are officially out.

ive owned an evo 9 and driven a bunch of 8s and now own a stage 2 custom tuned 05 sti in a 2900 lbs car.

a stock evo 8 would murder a stock WRX from any year, the Evo in the OP must have had some serious problems with the engine.

the Evo's 2.0L and relatively big turbo makes the turbo rush much more pronounced...if anything it should feel much faster than the stock wrx.

Just curious...what does this mean? It sounds like your car is inside of another car.

That's my guess as well. I know that they only have a Regular pump there at the dealership. That explains alot! IDK, the whole car just felt cheap to me, and this is coming from a guy who drives a TR!
