Engine from an ST205 (see lordcons post above), imported from England. This motor came out of a Toyota Team Europe recce (pronounced rec-ee) car with @ 15K on it. Unfortunately, I found out after machining was complete that it is one of the infamous thin-walled blocks. I have it torn down to bare block but my supplier says to have cylinder 2 linered.

Here's the Toyota Team Europe exhaust I have on my car. I believe it was categorized as a Group N exhaust (68mm). Don't let the catalytic converter fool you. I put that on to get through emissions. It's just a straight pipe with the shell of a 240Z catalyst welded around.

What kind of pawha do these things have stock? I assume since it's the early 90's they are mid to high 14 second cars stock?

How do they take to mods? And the aftermarket is it big or not?

    around 200hp

mods esp in USA are hard to find since the majority of the GT-Four/All-Tracs were sold in Japan/Europe, also the car was then only made because WRC rules back then said you had to make so many road going versions.

Cool cars. Heard of them before but never really knew the details besides AWD and a turbo. How does the rest of the driveline hold up to mods?

Here is some Celica Info if care to read.

    Alltrac/GT-Four Info

As for power yeah US sucks with 200hp/200tq

    Weight - 3,300lbs

Stock 1/4's are in the low 15's.

Mods are more for the more popular MR2 but the little that is out there for the Alltrac makes a good difference.

And as for the driveline, heard of serious power 400hp+ range that the oem tranny and drveshaft have no issue with. For a early 90's car though it was ahead of its time on power, options, and looks.
