yeah they are pretty sweet. I saw one about a month and half ago. But on sunday i was at home depot and as i was walking in i heard the most fuc'd up sound ever. I turned around to investigate this strange sound and what appeared was a silver porsche carrera GT blasting off at a traffic light. It was unbelievable.
It looked like a silver/bluish but then again I was wearing my "Cruising Shades" (+15hp) so the color might have been a bit off to me. I can't imagine there are more than one of them in the area so it's probably the same car.
Nah, the car that flew by me was a lot lighter than that.
Just a joke. Obviously I didn't "kill" an Audi R8 in my stock WRX even with my +15hp Cruisin' Shades.
I took a Ride in a red R8 at christmas in london, Nice car, but like Timdog i would go for a used GT3 or a 911S.

The R8 is definately a beautiful car. But I do agree that is does seem underpowered for the money.
To the OP and a few others, where is everyone located in Philly?
