A full .2 seconds slower then the fastest 06-07 wrx I've seen run...you guys have some catching up to do if you want to continue all this bragging.

What data are you looking at to make the comment the 08 is the fastest ever?
+1 I have read, I believe in car and driver but don't quote me, that the 06/07 WRX is the fastest wrx stock so im not sure how your saying that an 08 is faster cause caranddriver have test both and the 06/07s came out faster than the 08 - same drivers and what I presume are good drivers.

Whew!!!!! I'm glad I got that info ,cause I was worried that a stock 08 would roll up beside me and then leave me in his dust

As a current 2006 wrx owner and having just test driven an 08. I must say, the 08 feels slow as hell. There is no way an 08 would hang with any year STi, sorry. And I didn't want to do it, but most mags have the 08 running the quarter in mid-14's and STi's are mid-13's. One-one thousand, two-one-thousand...

You are welcome. If people posted only absolutely new information and no opinions or personal experiences on message boards, you wouldn't have 32 thousand posts.
