So moral Stg 2 WRX from a digg is >= 110HP 600cc bike.

    Stg2 WRX < 750cc+ 120hp+ bike

1000CC any year will pwn joo.
so really the moral is your buddy can't ride his bike, 600s run 10s.

His 600 is a little older and hes a big dude, but 600's don't run 10's. I have owned 2, both from factory with pro rider who was 130lbs were rated at 12's. Add 120lb's and the bike slows down. Depending on the 600cc (some of the brand new stuff 2006+ can hit 11's) 12's are common. 10's at the 1320 are hard to come buy with anything shy of a Hyabusa or brand new 1000cc, or ZX14.

zx14s run 9s with a good rider, most 600s run high tens-->low elevens, either way that's a ways off a stage two wrx.

True, his buddy can't ride his bike, but stock 600's do not run in the 10's. You can find some good riders that will run in the mid to high 11's on a stock 600.

I own a Yamaha R6 as well as a stage two WRX and I can tell you that my WRX has no chance at my bike once it hits the powerband. A stock 600cc bike will do 0-60 in the mid 3's and I have not seen a WRX or STI on the streets around here that would come close to that.

sweet kill dude. but ya, those CBRs are no joke, his AWD must not have been fluxing right or he was running too much tire pressure up front.

I raced my car on my buddy's cbr while he drove my car. I must admit it was pretty hard double clutching with the turbo rotary screaming like it was. 15,000 RPM!!

Just as I said, not to mention you quoted a site for modded bikes not an edmonds, motorcycle world, etc.

Thats like having a conversation with someone about a wrx and saying yeah a stock wrx's run 11's. I say BS then you provide a link to an FPGreen Sti that really does run 11's and say "see!"

those are all stock times for straight off the showroom floor bikes(shootout article- http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/Articl...ArticleID=4514 )

as for your 1999 zx6r that "ripped off a 10.937 second quarter mile at 127.41 miles per hour at the slower, slicker, sea-level Carlsbad Raceway."

Nope, I have ran down the 1320 in several 600's, never hit a 10, and in my 20+ trips to sac speedway, I have never seen any 600 run a 10 in the 1320.

Not to mention there is no claim of rider weight.

Only mods are Blitz NUR catback, Injen cold air.

That bike was probably running like crap if he didn't smoke you. I have an 03 cbr 600rr and that bike stock would kill a sti with the mods you have. My bike kills my friends 03 cobra with mods. The guy must not know how to ride.

Those times are way off. My friend has an 07 600rr and its not that fast. The zx-14 with a muzzy race pip, lowered and with an extended swing arm will run a 9.15 with a professional racer. A stock 600 is more than 1.60 seconds slower than that.
