I got owned.....

By the following: S2000, Civic HB, and a 350z in the last couple of days. These were pretty random.

My mods: 06 wrx, Opensouce stg2, STi TMIC, Blitz intake, I also have huge tires that make my car run like crap.

First was the 350z. Went from a 40 or so roll. Lost by about 2 cars. I dont know his mods but he did have exhaust. I have beat a few 350z before but tonight I had alot of weight in the car. (Big passenger). And those huge tires.

Second was the civic hatch. Went from a 50 or so roll and got smoked by about 5 cars. This hatch sounded like a fighter jet with its huge turbo. I think this car would beat a stage 2 STi. This thing was FAST.

Last is a S2000. Went from a 35 or so roll. I took him by about 2 or 3 cars. We stop at a stop light and im turning around because he wants to go again. As im sitting in front of him at the light his friend gets out and goes to the trunk. Hmm im wondering what hes doing(NOS). We line up again at about 40 and he beats me by about 2 or 3 cars. His mods were exhaust, and whatever you need to run nos.

Overall im upset with the car. New tires are coming and so is a new turbo. I havnt decided on what turbo yet but its either a 18g, 20g, or a vf39.

No shame in losing to those cars man.

The Z was probably an 07' and with basic exhaust mods they can trap in the 104/105mph area. And as for that civic hatch; nothing you can do about that.... hp/weight ratio is in its favor.
I've been embarassed by a few civics myself.

If you're already planning on a tranny upgrade than think about the 20g... You'll boost at higher rpm but your 6spd will keep your RPMs up better.

Just be mindful you're not running forged pistons like an STi... careful w/ all that boost! Would suck to spend all them Gs for a turbo and tranny and than have your engine go kablooey

pjo be careful , i got friend who blew stage 2 06 tranny .. if u getting a new turbo start a piggy bank labeled new tranny and put ur quarters in there
