what is the fastest u guys have gotten with your wrx or sti in a race or just in a straight stretch by yourself...i know the fastest i have gotten in my wrx is 150mph racing a cobra..would have kept going but the straight ran out..

According to the aerodynamics of the 02/03's you would not have been able to cross 153mph..........

Seems from what I have read it that the bugeyes are drag limited to that speed..

i tend to not venture much past 100mph myself...

The car just does not feel like it is comfortable at that speed.... Plus I have too much mechanical empathy for it too

+1 I've only hit 100 once and I don't think I'll be doin it again.

wierd thing for me too is that the car will pull strong past 100mph (i have over 300whp), but the car just does not feel like it is comfortable cruising at that speed the same way a Benz S500 takes it in stride.
