    Worst video ever.

stock Skyline GT-R's arent THAT fast. They do 0-60 in a low 5sec like a WRX.

if you know how to launch, yes it does. First year quickest reported was 5.3 and quarter mile in 14.1 by car and dirver. This was back in 2001 for the 02 models.

Not to rain on your parade, but...

    1) 5.4 does not equal low 5's.. it equals mid 5's.

    2) Most magazines that acheived that time dropped the clutch (actaully did a step side to the thing) at over 5,000 rpms.

    3) While it is capable of it, it is highly irregular because you would have to step side the clutch and watch your tranny break within the next month, or be one hell of a good driver and slip that clutch like mad.

If you look at wrx times in magazines later down the line when they learned that you cannot just step side the clutch and you actually have to carefully slip it to be practical times changed from 5.4/5.5 to about 5.7/5.8, etc..

i'm gonna put my vote in that its actually a gts..type m maybe? and not a gtr. STOCK r32 gtr's run low 13s to high 12s. they are documented as the fastest out of the skylines w/ the r34 gtr behind (r32 gtr is lightest also i believe). gts type m's only run high 14s into the 15s and they are rwd. that skyline didnt launch very hard for supposidly being awd.

see if i can back up my claims here....

both these facts come from this site http://www.jbskyline.net/R32/GTR/Specs/ and you can pretty much find it anywhere....

"The R32 GT-R uses the newly introduced RB26DETT engine, a DOHC inline-6 with 24-valves and a six-throttle inlet manifold. A bore of 86mm in connection with a stroke of 73.7mm make for an overall displacement of 2568cc. A compression ratio of 8.5:1, twin T28 Garrett turbochargers and a large front-mounted intercooler help the RB26DETT produce 280hp at 6800rpm and 360Nm (260lb-ft) of torque at 4400rpm."

    Performance
    0 - 60 mph [secs] 4.7
1/4 mile [secs at mph] 13.0
