I don't that that many mods. 90K stock motor, stock supercharger.
Just have a IC (ZZP), smaller pulley 2.7, headers, a airbox I made. lucas 42.5lb inj. and AFC for tunning. And slicks.

I've ran a bunch of 12.0's thu stock mufflars in street trim. Leather heated seats and all. WRX are nice, I'm friends with many owners, and worked on them. It's just the AWD drivetrain loses are huge. So they don't trap that great, you guys know that.

You should be running mid 8's with that setup - especially having the homemade airbox. Those DIY boxes are potent weapons at the track.

Actually, that's very believable. People have ran high 10's with the stock blower (not many, but a few), not sure about the stall, though.
