This guy just wants to show off he put a car in the 11's, as nobody else has ever done that before. Especially not stock blocked wrx's.

    OH wait, nevermind. They have.

Just have a IC (ZZP), smaller pulley 2.7, headers, a airbox I made. lucas 42.5lb inj. and AFC for tunning. And slicks.

I've ran a bunch of 12.0's thu stock mufflars in street trim. Leather heated seats and all. WRX are nice, I'm friends with many owners, and worked on them. It's just the AWD drivetrain loses are huge. So they don't trap that great, you guys know that.
AWD drivetrain loss has nothing to do with why they trap slower. All the extra drivetrain loss does is make your dyno numbers smaller compared to your crank HP numbers, its not some magic force that gets exponentially worse the faster you go... The traps are low compared to ET's because we shift out of boost going into 4th just before the traps, and because we get so much traction off the launch. If you put drag slicks on a car its 1/4 mile time will go down alot, but its trap wont go up nearly as much, you should know that...

All a WRX needs to get rid of the crappy top-end is to ditch the tiny little stock turbo, with a rather modest upgraded turbo (VF34) I trap in the 103-104 range un-tuned and have pulled even with cars on the street that are supposed to trap in the 105-106 range, the stock turbo just sucks.

How much boost are you running with that pully? I've seen alot of modded GTP's at NYIRP with basic exhaust, intake, pully and ECU mods and usually see nothing less than high 13's out of them, you must be pushing alot more boost with that intercooler and injectors I guess.

Nice run, but all that and a HUGE sedan and still FWD

But seriously, you should be trolling on the corvette forums or cars that run 12's stock. What made you troll on the wrx forum? Did you get beat by a modded one once or something?

if gtps are so gay why did i knock over a second off my quarter mile time with a $60 pulley and $100 PCM? Can a WRX shave a second off with $160? no?

GTPs are sooooooooooo moddable its crazy.

Give a GTP owner and a WRX owner $1000 for mods and see which one is faster
gtp>wrx (for straight line stuff anyway)
