This thread won't attract any attention. There were no extraoridinary kills. No racing. Nothing fancy. I just had a chance to spank a dude in his Mitsubishi SUV. Asshat, once he saw me, was pulling up before the light turned green and then took off trying not to let me in from the soon to be ending lane. All I've got to say is WOW! All he saw was my taillights. Then he did the cool flyby. Dork. I'm almost done with the break-in and I still did not push it. Max was little above 4000rpm. WOW! I can't wait to treat it the way it wants once it passed that magical 1000 miles. I come from 115hp vw powerplant so you have to understand my wow-factor here. I bebied my WRX untill now. I still will. But this was my official first kill. Not even trying.

I know the feeling of going from a VW Jetta to new 05 WRX. Everyone used to call me 2.slow, now I'm 2.go!

i remember the glory days when my Crx wasn't modded and i needed to shift at 6k just to keep up with traffic (no torque hondas...lol!).

Definately looking forward to getting the WRX in a month or two.

Is it just me or does the turbo spool at lower RPMs in 3rd???
