    No stock gears.

    Oh and I have a K&N panel filter and slincer hack.

    If your going to get the M3 swap for your 325, you mind as well go buy an M3. The price difference will probably be the same. Your car value wouldn't be wasted as well. The 325 is weak with no potential anyways. No point in trying to make the 325 fast.
