    when i had my s2k, i beat a stock WRX by about a car length from about 10mph up to about 65 or so. he was a new driver to the WRX so that was probably of some help to me, but owning both a WRX and s2k, i would stock vs stock, they are pretty close in that range so i can see a stage 2 winning that race.

    Hey no flames I know, I know it's an auto. It's actually not bad especially from a stop (high stall speed torque converter rules ). I have beaten couple moded Wrx's before, but then again if I had an manual it would be quicker with the same mods. I got my car with all the mods (except catback) cheaper than a stock manual. All I can say is to each his own.
