So tonight
I raced this guy with a M3 Vert.. His mods are Dinnan exhaust and k&N Cai.He says the Cai adds 7 whp. Anyways he was sure he would smoke me being that he has a convertible I had a passenger he had none Plus I have a baby seat in the back and a stroller in the trunk ( don't worrie baby wasn't inside) anyways I delayed the whole race because I wanted to get it on video so you my boys can see it lol.. so here are the races.. comments are on bottom of each link

why would he be sure he would smoke you given its a vert ? thats just much more additional weight !

The Sti had a 200 + passenger .

The Vert weighs 3527.4 lbs

sti weighs 3260 lbs (plus 200) 3460

so dont tell me 67 lbs makes a huge difference..

And the difference between the Vert and Coupe
coupe 0-60 5.1- 1/4 mile 13.2

vert 5.3 - 13.6
Plus they both trap higher than the sti..
The vert is not much slower than the coupe I have seen him race one and they were half a bumper away from 40-120

i love m3 kills, especially e46 m3's. Last two e46 kills i've had, they've been really nice guys. This guy you raced seem the usual A$$hole type.

I love how the guy was like "yeah, I have a vert, so I will smoke you"

The vert traps 3mph less and he thought had an advantage because of that

Just goes to show how people that know so little about their car should not be driving it and paying $55k for it either.

he didnt challenge zigger to a luxury of comfort challenge, he challenged him to a race based on speed. So thats all that matters in this thread.
