To get to my house, I usually have to go around 2 jughandles, its kind of like making a u-turn but you cant make left hand turns off of major roads in jersey. Since i've been making these jughandles a few times a day for many years, I have a system to it. After making the 2 jughandles, I have to go straight to get home. If there are cars in the 2 lanes going straight, then I stay in the jughandle lane and take off fast enough to merge over. So anyways, i had to do this the other day and was eyeing up the car that i was going to have to overtake. it was a new Cadillac with a HUGE hood. XLR or something like that. The light changed and i gunned it. I glance in my sideview to check if i can get over yet, and this car is like right on my bumper. I had to cut him off with inches to spare. to top it off it was raining out, i figured i would of had no problems, but it was quick.

I am looking at maybe picking up a CTS V for my going to work car...I have seen them with a couple thousand miles for low 40's....they are really nice.

I think you can get a brand spanking new CTS-V for about $46k right now with the employee discount, so why buy used?

I never thought of the employee discount...hopefully when I am ready to pull the trigger I can still get it.

I would go with the SRT-8 over the CTS-V.
