My STi vs. The World

Well last night I went out to the local spot DPA, and I ran into a few cars.

Race 1 - Srt-4 w/ chip, exhaust, BOV....i won buy 3 cars(roll)
Race 2 - 2005 C6 Yellow w/ B&B exhaust.....he went WOT i was in back, and i pulled up to his bumper.
race 3 - 1st Gen Eclipse w/ FP turbo and 40mm external wastegate....i pulled 2-3 cars each time, and i murdered him from a light. The kid has it all on video. He even got out at a light popped his hood and turned up his boost.
race 4 - Turbo CRX. This was the closest races, i pulled half a car by 90 then let off because of traffic.

Race 5 - BPU Supra. We went from a 10 roll, i pulled a half car up to top of 3rd gear, then he went on to pull 2-3 cars by 100.

All in all this was a great night, and i got to race my favorite car the Supra.

yup, i went to the track 2 weeks ago. It was bad because it was 85 and humid as hell. Hopefully on a nice cool day i can get a mid 12.

Nice runs, sounds like you had a blast. I'm also interested in what the CRX was running, the only turbo'd one I've run into on the streets was a dud, it had no hood (seriously this guy was driving around without it), rusted to crap, and they tried to tell me "oh its not turbo" even though you could hear it spool loud as hell (no hood) and the bov on top of that...lets just say I beat him stock and was expecting to get waxed, goes to show how much of a difference tunning makes....

Im not really sure on what motor the CRX had. It was black, with a stock exhaust. Turbo was loud spooling and the external wastegate almost made my ears bleed

Nice race against the BPU Supra! That's pretty much what I would expect. When my friend was driving my STI(Stock though) we had a similar race in my BPU+ Supra and he jumped out pretty good, but once that 2nd turbo came on line and I got out of second. I blew by hard.

With a nice 300awhp and that substantial low-end STI torque I'm sure it would have been a lot closer. Hehe, close to 400 crank ft-lbs for you. Did you get that one on video?
