    They both have v8's, 5.7 litres if I am correct. Someone said a z24, like the cavalier or something, not a camaro. I think the SS also has a little more hp then the z28 (275) and the SS has (300).

    a stock ls1 thats auto?? yes ..idk how updated that 1/4mile time is. Off a roll he even said the guy was gaining on him at the end.

    with a roll that auto is not nearly as big of a factor....i know manuals trap around 108 - i cant see autos being much slower but maybe im wrong.

    Yes, my sig states I have 248hp.... to the wheels. That = about 320 crank hp.

    Not quite. They both produce same amount of hp which is around 350 crank hp. I've seen many, many LS1 dyno sheets and organized several F-Body dynos. In some cases, Z28 dyno'ed bit higher than SS. It all depends on how strong their engine is.

    What percentage of drive train lose are you using to calculate whp to bhp?
