    COBB 2 Vs. G35x

    Had a short run with a G35x....no sure exactyl what is means (the x at the end of the name), but it wasn't really a match. I could actually play cat and mouse with it....It looked like the guy had just bought the vehicle...

    Any thoughts?

    x means AWD just like Trainrex said and i beat one just last night with my stg1 wagon and another one couple of weeks ago. I think their weight is what kills their acceleration.

    the G35's are already heavy as IS, to add an AWD drivetrain is gonna make them heavier.
    Have a Greddy Evo 2 cat-back Exhaust system, willing to trade for: Greddy Ti, Apex'I N1, or Apex;I GT cat-backs. California only! PM if interested!

    The G35x is a bit slower than the regular G35.

    nice kill..... but G35x only comes in sedan (slower than coupe) and also only comes in automatic (which is slower than the 6spd) and also has AWD, which makes it heavier than the others (also entailing it being slower)...

    Yeah, the reason you could play cat & mouse so easily is because the car runs like very high 14's.
