I had UP/TBE/FMIC with stock EM, and I ran one from a 3rd gear roll and was dead even and he had atleast a catback, didnt ask him what he had just saw and could hear his exhaust. He did have 4 people in the car, I had 2, but, I mean, shyt if he was bone stock that wouldnt have mattered.

Run em and then tell us, every car / driver is different.........

No. Cobb stage 2 dyno's around 220-225whp. Stock I dynoed at 240whp. It's close but a stock Evo on 93 octane is a bit faster. Better gearing in the Evo also.

Cool, Just wondering. I ran against one last night but, it wasn't a true side by side run. He just wanted to play chase. I pulled for a sec and then we never pulled away from each other. This is why I asked cuz I thought maybe, he may pull me. My car feels quiet healthy and I feel it would be a good run. Do you guys have any experiec from a dig?

When I run against my friend's stock evo it is very close, but his driving is supsect. We're almost dead even from a stop, and roll.

I desperately need to upgrade my suspension though. In that area I can't compete.

I heard engine mounts help quiet a bit. The reason being that the help transfer more power to the ground. They don't allow for as much drivetrain loss because of less movement. Anyway, I am going to look into this.

Yes, suspension would be nice I need it too.

Evo is still faster. From a roll the Evo will still put some distance on you, but if you are a REALLY good driver you might get him in the 1/4mile. An Evo will typically run 13.4-13.6 and those time are possible with a well driven stageII.

more than likely though, you will still lose more times than not.
