This is being looked into from the server-side. There's a thread already concerning this issue.
I'll merge these two posts into it.
    Thank you for the updates!

Okay, I just faced this problem in the Photography and Photoshop forum.

I tried different thread title lengths, but none of them worked until I just called the thread "test," and of course it posted up just fine. I then just edited the thread title appropriately.

Could the problem have to do with spaces being in the thread title? I guess this would be pretty easy to test...try posting up a thread with a one-word title, then try posting up another with spaces. But then again, I've posted other new threads with spaces in different forums here on ClubWRX, and it's worked just fine

Hey I just got around the error using the method described by Verdugo.

I shortened the length of my thread title from

"How I debadged my WRX wagon"

    to

    "How To:de-badging"

    and it worked.

    this happened at 3:22

    hope that helps.

    Thanks, guys.

We're definitely not ignoring this issue, it's just proving to be a very difficult one to nail down.

    We appreciate your patience.

    Thanks,
This isn't a vBulletin issue. This is a server side issue. You are running out of memory. From the looks of it you are on a server at The Planet. I don't know if you are getting the dedicated server straight from them or leasing space from one of their many resellers (ie Hostgator) but they have solid servers. I own a hosting company and I lease most all of my dedicated servers from The Planet. Anyway... back to the issue. I too get the issue when trying to do a search and this is the reason for the post.

To fix it you will need to change this line inside of your php.ini file.

    Code:
    memory_limit = 64M
Your php.ini file is located here /usr/local/lib/php.ini per phpinfo()

Let me know if you need any help with this. I run many dedicated servers and vBulletin forums.

Oh yeah and I might be getting a STI... hence the reason I'm here trying to do a search.
