Is this a good deal? Thanks =)

So i'm thinking of purchasing my first WRX. I've been searching for a decent deal and I think I might have found one. Here is the link: I calculated the upgrades and it, along with the KBB value amounts to around 12, 500. minus labor and time. I don't want to buy this and then have to put major money into it. I have above general car knowledge and have followed and been a huge fan of wrx's for awhile and I would have to get a loan to pay for this but i'm alright with that. Anyways! Is this a good deal? Should i pursue it and purchase it? Thank you so much and sorry if I placed this in the wrong thread.
