    2002 WRX Wagon Question

So I'm looking for a WRX obviously and I came across this one on Craigslist. I haven't looked at it yet it's about 2.5 hours away and I'm waiting for my insurance check. It looks really clean, but the lower part of the front bumper is weird. It looks like the lower valance is missing in the center, it's doesn't look to be cut in the pics though. Did they come like this on some cars?

Also, I think the price is a bit high. What should I try to get them down to?

I found one other for $6900 same year, looked to be in the same shape, but no cut bumper. Also right at 100k. It was up for 24 hours and sold. So I'm guessing $7k would be a better price for the miles. I haven't found anything with less yet. The miles don't really scare me, but I don't want to pay too much for high miles.

If you can talk down to around $8500 that's an exceptional deal.

Mark, you don't seem to remember that a working bugeye is becoming difficult to source.
