Debating on buying a 2002 Wrx - Help Me please!

Hey guys whats up? My name is Raymond and i was a former volkswagen head lol. I decided to sell my jazz blue 20th and currently in the process of purchasing a wrx .Mainly for awd, and the thrill of boosts. I will post below the specs of the car. Please tell me what you think. Also what price you would pay for the car.

    2002 Subaru WRX
    146,000 miles
    Timing done at 90k
Ton of maintence records (Like a binder full of them)

    New exedy Clutch/Flywheel
    vf48 turbo
    Sti injectors
    sti top mount intercooler
    Invidia turbo back exhaust
    50/50 bov
    new radiator
    new battery
    new brakes
4 piston calipers - new pads and rotors up front.
Car also comes with 2 sets of wheels with brand new tires on them (stock, and also some 18's- Unknown brand)
The guy is asking 6500$ cash for the car but he said he is negotiable.

Also, Please tell me what i should look for. I know i need to see a dyno sheet stating what psi the turbo is at, pull on the timing belt to see if there is any play. Check oil, and body of car. I am very excited about joining the Subaru family.

nope. stay away from modded ones. they can be a huge headache and you never really know what youre buying or if the modifications were done right.

I am terribly sorry for calling you brother. My actions were very uncalled for. I actually have 3 sisters and they would 100% get angry as well. Please accept my apologies. When responded, I was on my cellphone so I did not get a glance of the username/avatar. Thanks for supplying me the information so quickly

    Best regards,
    Raymond

Be Sure and do your research before jumping into anything, Personally, I wound not buy a modded vehicle. I would buy stock and then mod my self.
