Would you buy this used WRX?

First post here on the board but not a Subie noob or forum noob.
Used to own 04 STI, currently own MS Miata, looking at getting an 02 WRX now.

It is an 02 wrx hybrid set up done by LIC motorsports in California. Car has nearly 200k on it, complete rebuild about 40k ago. I attached the build sheet so you can see it. The parts all look good and the shop is reputable so it seems like basically an 02 with 40k miles or so. Has STI interior, new suspension brakes etc. Here's the ad, anyone recognize it?

I mean it looks like it was done professionally, but its a gamble regardless. I wouldn't.

A professionally built car is still a built car. A built car is always a gamble.

    I wouldn't.
