advise please on first time purchasing used wrx

I am looking to get a 2006 wrx. I have never owned a subaru before and have done some research but was hoping you guys could help me out a bit.
Here is the car i was looking at :

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I know that the timing belt work has not been done. KBB $13,384 private party very good, $13,884 excellent condition and retail at $15884. thanks guys

Timing belt isn't suggested until 105k so its okay for a little bit. It looks pretty good from the pics. It is at least worth a test drive and a independent mechanic inspection.

The price is pretty high though. I would expect $14k at the most.

thx for the input michael, how much can i expect to pay for the belt when i do get it done?

Timing belt done at a dealer is around $1000.
