Hey guys, so I'm super new to this forum and I have a car that I would like to see your opinions about it.

Let me know what you guys think about the options and the car itself. Also let me know if there are any red flags that I should know too. I've always wanted a Subaru and a high performance car, but not super expensive.

The exhaust is one thing but the boost controller is what scares me the most.

Back in the day, a "pseudo stage 2" tune could be done on Bugeyes by adding a downpipe and using an MBC to increase the boost to 16.5 PSI. Because of the shorter CL:OL delay, bugeyes could run this setup without a tune and any harm to the motor. I'm not saying that this is ideal, but as long as the motor has good compression, it may not be bad either. UEDan -- $7K for a 145K mile bugeye is about what I'd expect.

But who's to say this guy didn't throw on a MBC and crank it up to 20psi or something crazy. Better safe than sorry IMO
