I need to keep my payments each month, no higher than $530, even at 72 months.
Is it possible to get a 2013 or even a 2012 STI for less than $37,000?

It would depend on the financing you get as well as the deal and the number of options you toss on.

That's about what I pay monthly for my 2011 fwiw.
