I looked at this car a week ago and it hasn't been sold yet. Dent on the driver side fender and crack on the rear bumper. I saw leak on the rear diff but it runs smooth. The seller has no paper on anything done to the motor. Please give me some advise if I should seriously think about this wrx. He's willing to let it go for 4400.

What's your budget? A car with that many miles is always a risk even with repair/maintenance history provided...

I saw the rear diff covered with oil. Cars all stock besides the aem intake. My budget is probably around 6k. I haven't found a wrx at this price for some time now.
