    questions regarding an 04 STi

i have been scouring the internet lately looking for a car, not specifically a subaru. i came across this 2004 STi today........ 64,725 miles. i havent checked it out in person, i plan on doing it thursday. dealer provides online carfax report with regular maintenance reported and frequent oil changes. dealer is asking $18,999.... blue book for this model year with those miles says a smidge over $21,000 for retail price. i guess my question to those who may know, an 04 STi with near 65k miles, are there any problems i should be wary of.

are they offering any type of warranty?

i personally would never buy a used STi without any warranty whatsover. if anything goes wrong... youre out a lotttttt of cash.
