hello my name is cole. i am buying wrx hatchback (probably 2008-2011) and am looking to make a street beast. im new into the subaru world so i don't know what is best so i am really looking for some guidance. I know i want to but a performance air lift kit on it but i need help with stuff like should i upgrade the turbo, which fuel injectors should i get, cold air intake or short ram intake, what exhaust to get (no fart cans), should i upgrade the pistons and cam shaft or not, and ect. money isn't really a big deal here i'm willing to put forth what i have to. thank you or your time and help.

The modification path is entirely dependent on your specific goals with the car and what your budget is.. so you're going to have to list those things to get any meaningful advice. Should you upgrade the turbo? Depends on exactly how much power you want it to make. What injectors should you get? Depends on what turbo you're running and what kind of fuel you're going to use..

If you are set on that range of wrx, then first thing you should do is just drive the car stock and get used to/learn it. After you have spent some time driving the car stock, you will be able to list things that you personally feel need addressing. For me, the first thing I did with my wrx after driving it for months was a short throw shifter and bushings, because to me at the time the power was plenty adequate. However, you may feel like it needs more power first. Everyone is different in their goals for their wrx/sti's.
