    Cobb Access Port

I've trying to doing my research and i can not find an answer.
I've have a 2011 STI with an after market Subaru exhaust. I have in my possession a COBB Air Intake with Box and COBB Exhaust.
My question is: If i in stall my new COBB parts, is it really necessary to have the V3 Access Port.
I've been told if i don't tune it with the access port and i put the parts on it can hurt my engine or worse. Is this really true?

I realize you're new, welcome to the site. There's lots of stickies on here to find this information. You DONT have to have the V3 accessport, or any accessport for that matter, if you have another way to tune, but Yes, you need a tune for those parts. The Air Box, anyway. The Catback doesn't need a tune.
I have an STi with an intake and no tune, I never change my oil, and my wheel spacerz are mad tyte.

Yes. You need a tune no matter what. Your car will run lean, your engine will go bye bye.
