    Muchi, my 2015 CWP WRX

My passion for performance all started when I got my first go cart for my fourth birthday. Two days later, my Grandfather came for a visit, and presented me with a license plate that stated " Drive like hell, you'll get there faster! ". I have been chasing that ever since, in a safe, respectful way of course... My first car at the age of fifteen was a GTI, and subsequently, I just sold a 12 GTI with 13k miles on it to make room for my new WRX Premium. I have owned various performance cars during my time, but never one with AWD. I considered the Golf R, as well as an S3, but ultimately choose the WRX due to reliability and long term cost of ownership. I always wanted a WRX or STi, I often found myself lowering my window so I could hear the rumble as one passed, yet for some reason, I never pulled the trigger. I realize with the ELH, that "rumble" has changed, but the STi performance exhaust sounds sweet to me. I pre-ordered a CWP WRX Premium with the Sport Package, and all weather mats.

Thanks for reading, and stay tuned!

So, I am currently at 1400 on the odo, seemed like forever getting through the break-in. I really love this car. If I had one word to describe it, it would be planted. I do not think I will ever go back to a FWD. The short thow shifter is smooth, and I love the torque. When I purchased the car, my Dealer let me keep the OEM wheels. I am going to sell those, and look for some 18's for the summer. The current 17' STi Enekeis will be used for the six months or so of the rainy season here in the PNW. I have an appointment this weekend at Highline Customs to have 35 % tint installed, as well as 3m paint protection for the hood, bumper, and mirrors. I installed Rally Armor mudflaps last weekend, took just under an hour, I will probably get new pics up this Sunday.

Your car looks great! I've got a CWP with 600 miles, eager to get to 1,000. I got the STS shifter as well and really like it. Post some pics of the tint when you get it done. I was thinking 35% too and would like to see how they look and get your feedback before I pull the trigger. How do you like the RA flaps? I got the Rokblokz and am really happy with them, but have heard a lot of good things about RA.

Thanks man, I will definitely get some pics up of the tint and flaps. I like the RA flaps as well as the Rokblokz, I have owned both in the past. Somehow I convinced myself to pay an extra $100 for the RA simply because I like the appearance of them. In my experience, both functioned equally well..

I know the break-in period feels like an eternity, but it will pass! The torque in the twisties is where it is at

The 2015 WRX sport package includes the STi performance exhaust, the STi short throw shifter, STi shift knob, and 17 " black STi wheels ( Enekei). The gunmetal 17's that are OEM are generally being kept by the Dealer, everything was port installed but the wheels. In my negotiation, one of my requirements was to be allowed to keep the OEM wheels.

Yeah, I am going to keep the black 17 STi wheels, and I am shopping 18's for the "dry" season. It rains six months out of the year here.

No wheels yet, I did get the tint, paint protection, and the RA flaps on. I will get picks this weekend. Oh, and something you will appreciate, she got a boob job! the grommets I used, and colored matched started chipping( before paint protection), so I went with a traditional bumper delete!

Rally Armor flaps, front plate delete, 35 percent tint all around, and Suntek paint protection. Still considering wheels...
