Plan on maybe getting some sways soon and a new headunit. I'm really looking forward to the first wax and seal once this snow and salt season ends.

That sounds like a great plan. Sways are on my list but it will be a while. When you do them let me know what you think of them. I hear what you mean about the snow and salt. What do you like to use for your wax? I have always went with Meguiars.

You can't go wrong with Meguiars. I use the ultimate compound to clean the paint. Started using Menzerna Power Lock sealant and it works great. Cover that with a wax and you're good to go.

Hey man, how are you liking the SMY gauge cluster? I have read nothing but great stuff about it. I will be getting some gauges here shortly, and plan on either getting the SMY or JCS A-Pillar.

The SMY cluster is really nice! I am really glad I went with it. It looks like a factory piece and just snaps right in place. It puts the gauges in a great location so everything is really visible and you don't have to look away.

Docc I will have to look into that stuff. Sounds like a nice product too!

It's great stuff. Never used a sealant before but it really lasts. Not so much shine but just coat it with a wax for that extra polished look.

The Sound Ordnance sub was okay, but just not really pleased with it. If you like a lot of mid-high range bass notes and are not used to big systems then it would probably suit you just fine. I would like more though.

I sent it back to Crutchfield. I got a great deal on Subthump sub box. A forum member had one for sale and I got it for half off shipped! I will be putting in a JL 10W3V3 matched with a JL Audio JX500/D1. For the price this a great slim fit box.

Bummer man. Hope you like the new setup better. I ordered the black fender badges and the 19 mm rear sway bar. Couldn't really argue with $90. If it's not a huge change I won't feel too let down. As a bonus I ordered a Subaru handkerchief for the dog too. Haha

It wasn't much trouble at all to uninstall so that's okay.
That is a good deal on the rear sway and badge. Did you go with the STi rear or is it a different one? Really interested to hear your thoughts on it. Cool deal on the handkerchief!

Went with the STi rear for now. Never messed with sways before so I'm going to test the waters. If it's good enough for the STi it will be good enough for me for now. May check out the Whitelines if I'm not satisfied down the road.
