If you want something quick for a DD, then a fully built motor might not be the best thing for you. These kinds of things aren't usually reliable for many miles like a stock motor would be. And especially given you don't know the root cause of blowing up two motors, spending a ton of money on a build could just be a waste in the long run.

You generally do E85 or meth... not both.
Do you have a fuel system to support e85 from the getgo? I would keep in mind that it takes about 30% more fuel... and I doubt your e85 is 30% cheaper than premium - definitely a consideration for a DD.
I'd really put my foot down pretty strongly that you shouldn't be raising the compression of these motors without either e85 or meth. They knock and explode as is (cough, first two blocks, cough).
