    Just about to Order this out it's just a regular ej20T and tranny. It's from Japan though paid 2k for engine and tranny with about 50k miles

    $2k is a great price for engine and trans! How'd that passenger rear work out? I assume you got it fixed.

    Yea I kinda That about it , and painting the factory rims is kinda rice, there might be an exception to The STI rims.

    Yea, I took advantage of the price and bought it ASAP. And it was a pain in the a**! But it the end it'll be all worth it

    EJ20T isn't a real subaru designation. Is it an EJ205? Do you know what it came out of? I am concerned that you may have issues with the USDM ECU or otherwise. Some JDM EJ205 applications used 9:1 compression instead of 8:1 for USDM WRXs. I think that would be a major issue on a normal USDM tune and I don't want you to blow it and your $$ up.

    Anyone else got anything on this topic?

    Thanks man, yea there are times when I just want to give up on it! But that's not gonna happen! And I was kinda of thinking about that but I wasn't to sure, in the posting it says it's off an 04 05, I can post the link I got it from.
