Up on jack stands she went (I think that she will be this way for a little while)

Started ripping the rear suspension out.

Charcoal canister emissions BS not needed here.

More removal to come soon but I had to tuck her in for the night!

After this post you guys are all caught up!!!

If you guys wish, I can continue to give updates as progress is made on this car.

    Rear suspension part 2

Got the car back in the air and FINISHED ripping the rear of the car apart.

Stock RS tank was not going to cut it.

    Dropped the whole rear subframe

    Rear is ALL empty

    Bushings!

Got some free time to press out the factory bushings and press in Turn in Concepts Graphite Impregnated bushings!

The factory bushings are SOOOO SOFT! (I am sure all of you already know this)

The factory STi trailing arms were not going to cut it for this build, so I deicided to go with MSI 4130 Chromoly tubular trailing arms. (Was not sure if I should install these on the car or hang them on my wall as art)

I used MPT Silicone lube for all of these bushings (works wonders)

Turn in Concepts Forward Bushings installed!

Where the trailing arm attached are some more soft bushings!

Out with the OLD and in with TIC!

Factory lateral links were very dirty so I quickly cleaned them up and painted them

Turn in Concepts shore 95a Lateral Link Bushings Installed!

The STI rear dif mounts were just pathetic!
Again Turn in Concepts bushings were used here to stiffen everything up!

A few more things to do and then the whole rear end gets to go back in!!!!!!
