Well, i would post pics of my sway bar install but i cant upload to flickr tonight. I did install the rear sway bar and endlinks and front endlinks. I didnt have time to take the front bar out because i realised i had to drop the sub frame after i started. The rear install took like 30 mins, simple enough but when i went to the auto center so late i had no idea i was going to have to drop the sub frame so i still have the stock sway bar on there. I had to fix my headlights today, kinda pissed at how expensive the bulbs were. I was really bored today so I did a lot of little things.
Yeah really bored right now too, so here's a picture of my car and some mountains.

So this weekend i was going to flash a new map to my ECU from WTF Tuning, didnt work out as i have a ****ed up endlink. Ordered replacement bushings for it, no big sweat. Found out that i have a somewhat bad power steering pump leak. It hasnt affected the performance of the car and i havent noticed any difference in the steering as of late.
So the new updates are small but they are License plate holders (repping a Socal forum), Re-done headlights, when my buddy opened them up we noticed that i had an HID conversion kit i think he said. Going to find out more about that because i want some brighter headlights.

I might ask to check out your stage 2 map.... if Matty allows it =)
Oh the dreaded power steering pump leak, just rebuilt mine. I have the parts list for a rebuild using "standard" sized o-rings somewhere.
And sell your Tactrix cable. I use a $10 Vagcom cable to flash and log my 05!
Posted from a fone.
I have the Openport 1.3U, dont really feel like returning it then having a 10dollar cable take a **** on me. If Matty lets you look at it then cool, he said its more aggressive than the OTS Cobb maps but its still conservative to start with since he cant get in my car and tune it.
I might need that parts list, its not leaking from a line so somewhere a seal (spelling?) got ****ed up.
Edit: also if your in Santa Ana why havent we gone to any meets together? Your like 20mins north of me and i normally go to LA for meets cus SD ones suck.

Mine leaked at the seam too =(
I can't find that damn receipt. But going from this thread:
1 - AS568A Dash Number 136 O-Ring
1 - AS568A Dash Number 037 O-Ring <-- Problem ring
1 - AS568A Dash Number 021 O-Ring
1 - AS568A Dash Number 017 O-Ring (behind the 10mm allen 'hex plug')
1 - AS568A Dash Number 015 O-Ring <-- Problem ring
3 - AS568A Dash Number 014 O-Rings (that's three total for full replacement)
1 - AS568A Dash Number 013 O-Ring (Some fellas have suggested to only get a Buna-N ring for the 013. This is the one that seals the sensor to the back of the pump. It is difficult to install if you get the FEP but not impossible. Read Mike-easy's assessment here. Buna-N if you want to be safe, with less hassle.)
1 - Bearing 17mm I.D. x 40mm O.D. and 12mm width. Prices range from $6 to $106 from McMaster.
1 - Oil Bearing Shaft Seal 20mm I.D. x 32mm O.D. and <= 9.3mm in width. "<=" means less than or equal to.
Ring 037 and 015 - look at THIS picture in the thread. The o-rings are obviously too small. I actually ended up leaking worst than before. I had to get "1 size bigger" o-rings which were:
037(63.22mm ID, 1/16) -> 144(63.17mm ID, 3/32)
015(14.00mm ID, 1/16) -> 113(13.94mm ID, 3/32)
Done and done 2 rebuilds in 1 week but no more stinky smoky leak.
Good question, which meet do you go to? Linky?
Yea, i think i might just buy an entire pump used or something. I dont really want to deal with taking it apart and replacing all those o-rings. I hate o-rings, have to replace them all the time on diesel engines. IT SUCKS

I go to this meet, mainly the Sunday BBQ's which is this weekend and im going. These guys are super chill, we dont really talk too much cars either. How many times are you gonna hear "oh where did you get your car tuned at?" More just like hanging out and bull****ting, the last BBQ there was we ended up at one dudes house just playing beer pong till late.

I know what you mean, the little PS pump was a pain to rebuild and having to do it twice was just icing on the **** cake.
But be careful. Mine went from whining at startup to full on embarrassing smoke cloud in 2 weeks.
I love the sound of that! Sadly I have work and school Wednesdays =( sounds like a lot of fun.
Dude this Sunday is the bbq, roll through.

So we had our McSubaruWeds Sunday BBQ today. Took a few shots of the cars there. Im pretty terrible at photography now since i havent been able to use my camera in like two years. These are my favorite shots, and the white hawkeye if by far my favorite subie that I've seen.
Lol my car is the only 2nd gen not lowered. Soon though..... very soon.
EDIT: If anyone has any tips on shooting photos its greatly appreciated.
