    A few updates!

Dixie Classic, 24hr Autocross with CCR-SCCA

My best time was a mid 46 sec run which should have been good enough to put me on par with the regular SM guys (I run NSM (Novice)). Sadly that was towards the end of the event and the gopro had already ran outta juice. As soon as the official results are posted I'll provide a link/photo of the results.

Here are a few photos taken from this past Fri/Sat/Sun

different angle with the bumper flapping around

This is from day 1 session 2 of 8 while i was still learning the lines and braking points.

Brake ducting plates from Quantum Motorsports are also in the works as well as some possible custom fabrication to open up the front end and allow air to get in to the radiator a little better.

A convertible 2013 GT500* with a very good driver. I also might have been on a cooldown lap to get my tires and brakes back a little. I don't recall if that was the case or not though. I would also slow down if I was having trouble with the line through corners so I could focus on where to put the car and I'd just give a point by to anyone behind me if I was holding them up. There was no open passing at the event so you had to wait for specific places and a point by to initiate a pass.

Engine is coming apart soon. A Buschur Racing Double Pumper and ID2000s are going in.

Having a major overheating issue that started after a 2 day event at Virginia International Raceway. Initial diagnosis is a blown headgasket but I'm expecting the possibility of a cracked cylinder wall. If the worst is true, I'm hoping to be able to work some financial sorcery and get a hold of an Element Tuning Pro Comp block to drop into the car with their Hydra Nemesis ECU.
